RESERVATION & FEES
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your travel trailer which will be deducted from your final bill.
Preparation Fee: $75 included first tank of propane, consumable supplies including holding tank chemicals and potable water fill and preparing your unit. (all rentals)
Service Fee: $98 covers the walk around, assistance in hooking up self tows and covering minimum local delivery charges. (all rentals)
Tanks Dumped: - Rental holding tanks requiring dumping by Sunshine Coast RV Rentals staff will result in a $50 service charge.
All vehicles must be clean inside when returned. This includes kitchen, bathroom and living areas. A charge of $100 for cleaning will be applied for those vehicles returned in an unsatisfactory state.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed in any of our RVs. Sunshine Coast RV Rentals reserves the right to charge an additional cleaning fee of $250.00 if a rented unit returns smelling of smoke of any kind.
Pets (Dogs only)
On request only, a charge of $100.00 will apply. Any damage caused by pets will be charged to the renter.
Purchase Incentive
Once you start RVing you might not want to stop! If you have rented from Sunshine Coast RV Rentals and you decide you want one for yourself, we will apply 50% of your rental bill towards your purchase at Haley RV. (Rental and purchase must be within the same month and maximum credit of $1,000)
Sunshine Coast RV Rentals reserves the right to charge the renters credit card for any lost or damaged rental equipment in addition to the rental fee of the specific item.
